There are many profiling tools and psychometrics on the market yet SOCIAL STYLE is the most widely used tool of its kind in the world. The reason for this, is because it is easy to use, simple to understand, easy to implement and has over 50 years of research from TRACOM to ensure the validity of the model. Research by the TRACOM group has revealed that people operate with four distinct ways of interaction, or SOCIAL STYLES. A brief explanation of each style is detailed by following the links below;

Analytical - Amiable - Driving - Expressive

There are three elements that make up the TRACOM Profiles - Your SOCIAL STYLE is determined by two distinct elements

• ASSERTIVENESS - Are you more Ask assertive or Tell Assertive than 50% of the population?

• RESPONSIVENESS - Do you control or show your emotions more than 50% of the population?

The third element is
