Graham is a Master Certified Social Style Instructor based close to London. He works closely with TRACOM in Europe delivering Certification courses for a wide range of Social Style Products. A founding partner of Accelerate, Grahams career started in the Royal Navy where he trained as a Weapons Engineer and Instructor. On leaving, Graham continued into a Sales and Sales Management career, before moving into a Learning and Development role in the mid 1990’s. After 10 years in Senior Training and Development Roles for large corporate organisations such as Yell and Reed Elsevier, he decided to set up his own company delivering softs skills training and working closely with TRACOM as a European distributor of their Products and tools. As well as being qualified in all TRACOM Products and with the CIPD, Graham is also qualified to administer, MBTI 1 and 2, Belbin and Strength Deployment Inventory
