Berni is a Certified Social Style Instructor based in the West of England. Bernadette is an experienced sales coach and management trainer specialising in leadership, team performance and training design, She has a particular focus and passion around designing programmes that tackle the barriers to effective teamwork and combining this with her love of the outdoors as a place to work, working with teams as they empower each other during team challenges. A chartered Member of the CIPD, Bernadette also regularly visits the Balkans as a humanitarian aid worker and the Alps as a BASI ski instructor as beginners start their adventure in snow sports
